Creating and selecting

For an edge, click its starting vertex and then its finishing vertex.
Shift-click objects or drag around them to select several.
Drag an edge label directly to reposition it.
Use Copy formatting, then click a matching item.
Activity and Gantt windows open as drafts. Use their save or generate buttons to keep changes.

Saving and exporting

Changes are stored only in this browser on this device.
Save downloads a reusable JSON file containing the diagram and any confirmed tables.
Export PNG exports the network; the Gantt window has separate PNG, print and CSV controls.

Scheduling and analysis

Gantt Start may be left blank for the earliest possible start, or set later to include a delay.
Finish, float and critical status are calculated automatically.
Critical-path weights represent activity time; shortest-path weights represent distance or cost; maximum-flow weights represent capacity.
Set one Start and one Finish vertex for path, flow and critical-path calculations.
To test your own spanning tree, Shift-click its edges first.

Each row describes an activity placed on an edge. Enter its duration and any activities that must finish before it can begin. Separate multiple predecessors with commas. Leave predecessors blank for an activity that starts immediately.

Activities become bars. Duration is the edge weight and predecessors determine the earliest possible start. Leave Start blank for the earliest start or enter a later value.

The network has changed since this Gantt chart was generated. Convert from the network again to synchronise it.
